# Delete runner

> Delete an AWS runner and clean up resources.

Go to **Settings → Runners** and select **Delete** from the runner's menu.

The runner enters **Pending deletion** and stops all environments. Once environments are deleted, the runner is removed (may take a few minutes).

After deletion, clean up the associated CloudFormation stack in your AWS account.
