This workshop teaches you to use Ona, your mission control for software projects and engineering agents. You’ll learn to provision ephemeral development environments, configure them as code, and delegate work to AI agents that operate in isolated, secure contexts.

What you’ll learn

By the end of this workshop, you will:
  • Start and connect to cloud development environments
  • Configure environments as code using Dev Containers and Automations
  • Understand the power of ephemeral, task-based environments
  • Write AGENTS.md to teach agents your project conventions
  • Use Ona Agents effectively for real development tasks
  • Create skills for reusable team workflows
  • Manage secrets securely across your team
  • Run multiple agents in parallel to increase throughput

Prerequisites

  • A GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account
  • A repository you can experiment with (or use a sample project)
