Pull PRs opened/merged, [ci-fix] commits, and bug issues created by other automations in the past 7 days.
Assess each automation
For each: did it complete its job, repeat failures, or take unnecessary actions? Propose improvements.
Validate label hygiene
Flag status:in-progress >24h, status:backlog without a priority, and needs-human open >7 days.
Refresh docs
Update architecture, conventions, design, and quality docs if they have drifted from reality.
