Triggered when a pull request is opened or marked ready for review.
Gather context
Fetch PR description, commit messages, linked issues, existing comments, and code diff against the default branch.
Review code changes
Analyze diff for correctness, security vulnerabilities, performance issues, test coverage, and consistency with existing patterns.
Post review
Submit inline comments for medium/high severity issues. Add a summary comment with overall assessment. Optionally add approval label if no concerns.
