Workflow
Scheduled run
Runs hourly to read new feedback rows since the last digest.
Categorize feedback
Sort each item into Bug Report, Feature Request, UX Friction, Praise, or Other. Cross-reference with usage events for context.
Post Slack digest
Post a structured summary to the user-feedback Slack channel grouped by category, with counts and example quotes.
Auto-file issues
Open GitHub issues for high-confidence bugs (with reproducible steps) and feature requests with two or more similar submissions.
