Triggered when a pull request is merged.
Extract change details
Read the merged PR title, description, labels, and changed files. Categorize as feature, fix, refactor, docs, chore, or breaking change.
Update Notion changelog
Find or create the changelog database in Notion. Append a new entry with date, category, summary, author, and PR link.
Update CHANGELOG.md
If CHANGELOG.md exists, prepend the new entry under the current date heading following the existing format.
