Audit the live site
Open every major route with Playwright. Audit for UX polish, accessibility, missing loading and error states, and performance regressions.
Classify and file
Low-risk (UI polish, a11y, missing tests/stories) → status:backlog. High-risk (new features, schema, auth) → needs-human. Cap at three issues per run.
